WardenAds ("we", "our", or "us") provides a Google Ads auditing dashboard. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
- Google User Data: When you authenticate via OAuth 2.0, we collect your email address and basic profile info to manage your session.
- Google Ads Data: We access campaign performance metrics (Cost, Clicks, Impressions, Search Terms, Conversions) via the Google Ads API.
- Google Analytics Data (Optional): If authorized, we access session metrics to analyze traffic quality.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data strictly to generate the "Health Check Report". Specifically:
- To analyze budget efficiency and identify non-performing keywords.
- To provide simplified summaries of complex advertising metrics.
- To detect traffic anomalies (comparing clicks vs. sessions).
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your data with any third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security (AES-256)
We prioritize the security of your data:
- Encryption: OAuth tokens are stored using industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest.
- In-Memory Processing: Raw campaign data is fetched in real-time and processed in-memory for analysis. We do not permanently store your campaign history or keyword lists in our database.
4. Limited Use Disclosure
WardenAds's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion
You have full control over your data. You may revoke WardenAds's access to your Google Account at any time via the Google Security Settings. Upon revocation, any stored tokens associated with your account are automatically scheduled for deletion.
